I. Subject and general provisions

Art. 1. These Terms govern the relationship between Морфей 93 ЕООД (UIC 207783693), operator of the "Аптека Здравец" pharmacy and owner of the online shop at https://aptekazdravets.bg (hereinafter the "SELLER" or "we"), and the users of the online shop (the "USER" or "you").

Art. 2. By using the online shop, browsing products and placing an order, the User agrees to these Terms.

III. Products and nature of the online trade

Art. 3. The online shop offers only products that do not require a medical prescription - food supplements, vitamins, cosmetics, medical devices and over-the-counter medicinal products, in accordance with the Bulgarian Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act.

Art. 4. Prescription-only medicinal products are NOT offered or sold online. Such products are dispensed only in person at the pharmacy in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Art. 5. Product information (descriptions, active ingredients, dosages) is provided for information purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Read the product leaflet before use.

IV. Orders and conclusion of contract

Art. 6. An order is placed by adding products to the cart and confirming the order. The sales contract is considered concluded once the Seller confirms the order.

Art. 7. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or correct an order in case of out-of-stock items, a technical error in price or description, or suspected abuse.

V. Prices and payment

Art. 8. All prices are in euro and include VAT.

Art. 9. Payment is made by debit/credit card online or by cash on delivery. Card payments are processed by a certified payment provider.

VI. Delivery

Art. 10. Delivery is made by courier to an address or courier office within the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.

VII. Right of withdrawal and returns

Art. 11. The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

Art. 12. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. medicinal products, food supplements, cosmetics with broken packaging).

VIII. Complaints

Art. 13. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you are entitled to file a complaint. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the non-conformity.

IX. Personal data

Art. 14. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian law. Details are set out in the Privacy policy.

X. Limitation of liability

Art. 15. The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or from failure to follow the instructions in the leaflet. The information on this site does not constitute medical advice.

XI. Amendments and governing law

Art. 16. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.

Art. 17. Matters not covered here are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
