Return policy
Right of withdrawal and return conditions under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. In case of discrepancies, the Bulgarian version prevails.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under the Consumer Protection Act, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the conditions below.
2. Products that CANNOT be returned
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Unsealed over-the-counter medicinal products;
- Unsealed food supplements and vitamins;
- Cosmetics and medical devices with broken packaging;
- Goods which by their nature cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
This restriction is in line with Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act (sealed goods that cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons).
3. Return conditions
To return an eligible product, it must be:
- In its original, unopened and undamaged packaging;
- Without signs of use;
- Accompanied by the proof of purchase.
4. How to return a product
Contact us via the contact page within 14 days so we can guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
5. Refunds
For a valid return, the amount paid is refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used.
6. Defective or wrongly delivered goods
If you received a defective or wrong product, contact us immediately. In that case we cover the costs of replacement or return and refund the full amount.
